This course covers the analysis and design of the secondary (water and gas
injection) recovery technique to recover oil. Topics include flood patterns,
mobility ratio, sweep efficiency, displacement mechanisms, injection rates and
pressures, reservoir heterogeneity, performance prediction, and sources and
treatment of water for water flooding.
