1.0 Course Description
This course is designed to provide senior public officials with a comprehensive understanding of
carbon markets, trading mechanisms, and pricing strategies. Participants will learn about the
fundamentals of carbon markets, the role of carbon trading in climate change mitigation, and the
various approaches to pricing carbon. The course will also cover case studies and best practices
from around the world, highlighting successful carbon market initiatives and their impact on
emissions reduction.

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:
